Page purpose: State the rules governing LithoMap accounts, plans, maps, scientific data, saved and shared content, and responsible use.

The Terms address eligibility, account security, usernames, subscriptions, purchases, offline allowances, download credits, saved places, shared places, third-party map and scientific data, lawful access, acceptable use, service changes, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, termination, and governing law.

Users remain responsible for confirming land ownership, access, closures, permits, collecting laws, routes, weather, hazards, and field conditions. LithoMap is not a navigation tool, emergency service, legal survey, or promise that a mapped specimen exists or may be collected.
